Assumption: You have booked ferry and entered the destination HyperLu Space

1. FERRY-TAXI (included in the ferry ticket)
Expectation: "The Ferry-taxi will drop me off directly at HyperLu because they said so"
Reality: NO. When you buy a ferry ticket and set your destination "HyperLu", the Ferry-taxi will drop you off HERE ("Coconut Shop resort" or "Coco Villa") 1.3 km away from HyperLu.

If you don't reserve the Scooter and ready to walk 1.3 km, from Coconut Shop turn to the secret road (500m paved road, 700 meters off-road right down the hill).

2. RENT A SCOOTER
Expectation: "Renting a Scooter is simple. I can rent it at HYPERLU or COCONUT SHOP".
Reality: NO. 1. The closest scooter rental from HyperLu is 3km away; 3. During the high season, many rental locations might not have scooters available or expensive.

3. NAVIGATING THE FERRY-TAXI
(ferry-to-property-taxi is free, BUT)
Expectation: "If I tell the Ferry-taxi driver my drop-off location, the taxi will... deliver, and I can relax until my destination."
Reality: NO. Drivers often drop passengers at the wrong locations.

DO AS FOLLOWS: Know your Scooter pick-up location. Exit Ferry-taxi at this location. As you approach your drop-off location: scream and knock on the driver's window until he stops the Ferry-taxi. Exit and go to pick up the scooter .

Q: How do I know if the Ferry-taxi will not drive me the wrong way? 
EASY: There is only one main road on Koh Kood Island and Ferry-taxi will drive all of it, and 100% will drive past your desired location all you need is to jump off at your main road location.

4. HOST ASSISTANCE
Expectation: The host can assist all guests at any time.
Reality: Pretty much lol. BUT. Assistance must be arranged at least 2 hours in advance, ideally days in advance.

Assistance options:
Solo travelers: 50/50 chance I can pick you up from Coconut Shop Resort on my scooter.
Couples or groups: You can arrange a Paid-Taxi from Coconut Shop Resort to HyperLu for 200 baht (Must be arranged at least 3 hours in advance).
